Geoffrey McComb had planned to become an accountant very early in life. The only other profession that had ever crossed his mind was to be a physics professor, but realized this would always be a passionate hobby. As captain of the science Olympiad team and qualifying 3 years in a row for physics and geology at the state level this satisfied his love for science for the time being. Before graduating high school Geoffrey earned his certification in accounting from Jackson College solidifying his career choice. Geoffrey worked his way through college at an engineering firm; developing and implementing information technology networking systems and designing fiber optic network runs throughout several Michigan counties, this helped to balance his love for business and science. He began his education at Spring Arbor University majoring in accounting and finance with a minor in technology, where he met the love of his life and now wife of 5 years, Brittani. He was raised and resides in Adrian, Michigan with his three boys, Nicholas, Noah & Carter. Before settling back in his hometown of Adrian, Geoffrey spent 3 years as a funeral director and mortician, going back to school at Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science to learn anatomy and chemistry; though it was a wonderful experience and a meaningful ministry, the hours did not coincide with a growing family. Geoffrey now runs his own accounting firm where he provides accounting and tax services, business and technology consultation to small companies and non-profits around the nation.
